By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms in full. 1. Subject of the Agreement The Seller offers clothing, accessories and related products (“Goods”) for sale via the Website. These Terms regulate: ordering Goods, payment, delivery, returns, liability, personal data processing. This agreement is entered into electronically in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and Ukrainian consumer protection regulations. 2. Ordering 2.1 Orders are placed through the Website checkout. 2.2 The Buyer provides: full name delivery address phone number email 2.3 The Buyer is responsible for correctness of all data. 2.4 After placing an order, confirmation is sent by email. 2.5 The Seller may refuse an order if provided data is incomplete or unreliable. 2.6 If Goods are unavailable, the Seller contacts the Buyer to propose alternatives or refund. 3. Payment Available payment methods: online payment via integrated payment providers, bank transfer. The Seller does not store card data. Payment obligation is fulfilled when funds reach Seller’s account. 5. Delivery Delivery is performed via: DHL FedEx Nova Post Delivery costs and timing depend on destination and carrier. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Risk transfers to Buyer upon delivery. 6. Custom / Made-to-order Products In accordance with Ukraine’s return policy, items made to custom measurements or specifications are non-returnable. Defective Goods may be: repaired, replaced, refunded (proportionally). 7. Returns (standard goods) Buyers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving Goods, without giving reason. Returned Goods must be: unused, undamaged, in original condition. Return shipping is paid by Buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of returned Goods. Custom-made items are excluded from this right. 8. Liability Seller is not responsible for: manufacturer design changes, force majeure (war, disasters, strikes, power outages, etc.), courier delays.
