Delivery of Goods is carried out via international courier services DHL І FedEx. Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Нова Пошта. We deliver throughout Europe and Ukraine.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout or communicated to the Buyer separately via email.
If a Product is temporarily unavailable or requires additional processing time, the Seller will inform the Buyer and agree on revised delivery terms or offer a refund.
The Goods are considered delivered once they are received by the Buyer or an authorized recipient specified in the order.
Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer must check the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the Goods. In case of visible damage, the Buyer must immediately notify the courier service and file a damage report.
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the Buyer (incorrect address, absence at delivery location, unreachable contact details, etc.), the order may be considered cancelled by mutual agreement of the parties.
2. Returns & Exchanges
The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the Goods have not been used and retain their original condition, packaging and tags.
Returns are accepted only if the Goods:
have not been worn or used;
show no signs of washing, damage or odors;
include original packaging and tags.
Goods made to the Buyer’s individual measurements or specifications are not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the Buyer receives Goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller within 30 days from receipt to request a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs for Goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect Goods are borne by the Seller.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the Seller confirms receipt and inspection of the returned Goods. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller in advance via email or through the contact form available on the Website.
